2026 Clay Club Subscription

What is Clay Club?

• Clay Club is a one-year subscription, during this time you’ll receive one surprise ceramic piece quarterly (every three months) for a total of four pieces.  
• The exact designs will be exclusive to Clay Club, however extras may be available for sale at the end of the 2026 Clay Club year. 
• Shipping is an additional $40 + gst at the checkout!
• Need to pay in instalments? Use the Shop App or Shop Pay to checkout for this option. 
• Clay Club is only available within Canada. The extras sale will be open to the U.S. later in 2026. 

Cup Club 2025 vs Clay Club 2026

Please note that these are two very different clubs! While the logistics are the same, the products are not. Clay Club pieces will be smaller, more simple designs and NOT exclusively cups, please read the design guidelines carefully. 

Shipping Schedule:

• Mid January 
• Mid April 
• Mid July
• Mid October 

Design Guidelines

• Designs will vary each quarter. Variations include: Size, Glaze Colours and Patterns, as well as Clay Type (speckled/tan/red/white etc.) 
• The type of piece could be decorative or functional. 
• Some examples of possible pots include: small vase, small cup, small plate, small bowl, snack dish, mini trinket dish, spoon rest, small plant pot, small dish, candle holder, etc. The size of all Clay Club pieces will be on the smaller side. 
• Unlike 2025 there may be seasonal themes (such as Halloween).
• The colour scheme for 2026 is: black, grey, white, green, blue, brown, beige, raw clay, gloop, silver, gold or other special effects glazes. Glazes may be glossy, matte, or textured. Some pieces may not be food safe, microwave, or dishwasher safe. 
• All functional wares (cups/plates/bowls) will be food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. 

Clay Club is discounted as a thank you for paying up front and committing to the year of surprises with me! As I no longer make ceramics full-time this is my only planned production for the year. There are absolutely no refunds after purchase.

• INFORM SARAH IF YOUR ADDRESS CHANGES by email to sarah@sarahbeepottery.com
• ACCEPT EMAIL MARKETING from SarahBeePottery for the entire duration of Clay Club as this will be my primary form of communication regarding Clay Club including tracking information for your order.
• UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY PIECE IS A SURPRISE and unfortunately even if you don’t like it, it cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. 
• IF I (SARAH) HAVE TO DISCONTINUE THE PROGRAM FOR ANY REASON YOU’LL RECEIVE A PRORATED REFUNDED ON UNDELIVERED PIECES. FINGERS CROSSED THIS NEVER HAPPENS BUT I THINK IT’S FAIR TO BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING.
• IF THESE TERMS DON’T SOUND LIKE A GOOD VIBE FOR YOU, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SUBSCRIPTION.

HOW TO GIFT CLAY CLUB

Clay Club makes a great gift. If you’re gifting clay club simply reach out by email after purchase with the recipients information. I will need their full shipping address including phone number, and their email address to ensure they receive all clay club communication. They won’t be contacted until early January so your secret is safe with me. sarah@sarahbeepottery.com Clay Club does not ship outside of Canada 

Be sure to purchase the correct Clay Club by location based on the recipient, free local pickup is only available or participants in Edmonton and area.
