2027 Clay Club Subscription | U.S. Shipping (Coming November 13)

What is Clay Club?

Clay Club is a one-year subscription, during this time you’ll receive one surprise ceramic piece quarterly (every three months) for a total of four pieces.  The exact designs will be exclusive to Clay Club, however extras may be available for sale at the end of the 2027 Clay Club year. 

Shipping is included and Clay Club is only available to ship within Canada. If you are located in Edmonton or surrounding areas, free local pickup at Re:Plenish is available, please purchase the Clay Club Local Pickup listing. 

Shipping Schedule:

Early to Mid January 
Early to Mid April 
Early to Mid July
Early to Mid October 

Design Guidelines

Designs will vary each quarter. Variations include: Size, Glaze Colours and Patterns.

The first Clay Club piece this year is a mug! 

Some examples of possible pots include: mug, bowl, small vase, small cup, small plate, snack dish, mini trinket dish, spoon rest, small plant pot, small dish, candle holder, candle and dish etc. 

All of the pieces this year will be functional wares that are food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. 

Terms

Address Changes must be received 30 days before your next shipment to sarahbeepottery@gmail.com. 

Every piece is a surprise and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. 

If the program is discontinued by SarahBeePottery for any reason, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining pieces. 

There are absolutely no refunds after purchase. 

US Shipping

All applicable tariffs and duties are prepaid and included in the total cost of Clay Club, so there are no additional tariff or duty charges to pay upon delivery.

Tariff and duty costs have been estimated using current information and conservative cost assumptions. In the event of significant changes to US import regulations, tariffs, or the cost of shipping ceramics from Canada to the United States between January and October 2027, Clay Club participants will be notified of any impacts to the program.

All Clay Club sales are final and non-refundable. Changes to tariffs, import regulations, shipping costs, or other associated expenses after registration do not entitle participants to a refund. The cost of Clay Club has been set based on the best available estimates at the time of purchase, and reasonable changes in these costs will be absorbed within the program’s pricing.
