2025 Cup Club Subscription

WHAT'S INCLUDED AND HOW DOES IT WORK:

+ One cup or mug will be delivered quarterly (every three months). The subscription includes four pots total and shipping or local pickup. 

+ The designs will be exclusive to cup club, they will not be available for purchase elsewhere or online at anytime.  

THE SHIPPING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

Mid January (Cup) 

Mid April (Mug)

Mid July (Cup)

Mid October (Mug)

WHAT KIND OF DESIGNS TO EXPECT:

+ Designs will vary each quarter. Variations include: Size, Glaze Colours and Patterns, as well as Clay Type (speckled/tan/red/white etc.) 

+ Designs will be cohesive over time so your collection will look nice together. 

+ No writing. No niche subjects. No seasonal themes. 

+ Cups are handless and recommended for cold beverages. Mugs have handles and can be used for hot or cold beverages. 

+ The colour scheme for 2025 is: black, white, green, blue, beige, raw clay. Glazes may be matte or glossy. Subject to minor changes. 

+ All cups will be food, dishwasher, and microwave safe.

Local Pickup $190

Canadian Shipping $240 *No PO Boxes please

U.S. Shipping $255 (CAD)

+ Price listed here is before gst, and includes the ceramic pieces and tracked shipping for all four deliveries (or local pickup). 

General price breakdown: 

Mugs $55 and cups $40 each, all four pieces are discounted overall as a thank you for being in the club!  

Canadian Shipping $12.50 per package (realistically I’m actually going to be paying $15-25 per package so again, discounted!)

U.S. Shipping $16.25 CAD per package (realistically I’m actually going to be paying $20-24 per package so again, discounted!)

Cup Club is discounted as a thank you for paying up front and committing to the year of surprises with me! If you already know you like my colour blocking/checkered/raw clay/sometimes abstract style then it’s a great way to get four pieces at a lower price than usual. 

 IMPORTANT TERMS YOU’RE AGREEING TO:

1) INFORM SARAH IF YOUR ADDRESS CHANGES by email to sarah@sarahbeepottery.com

2) ACCEPT EMAIL MARKETING from SarahBeePottery for the entire duration of Cup Club as this will be my primary form of communication regarding cup club including tracking information for your order. 

3) UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY PIECE IS A SURPRISE and unfortunately even if you don’t like it, it cannot be exchanged returned or refunded. 

4) IF I (SARAH) HAVE TO DISCONTINUE THE PROGRAM FOR ANY REASON YOU’LL RECEIVE A PRORATED REFUNDED ON UNDELIVERED PIECES. FINGERS CROSSED THIS NEVER HAPPENS BUT I THINK IT’S FAIR TO BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING.

HOW TO GIFT CUP CLUB

Cup Club makes a great gift. If you’re gifting cup club simply reach out by email after purchase with the recipients information. I will need their full shipping address including phone number, and their email address to ensure they receive all cup club communication. They won’t be contacted until closer to the first delivery so your secret is safe with me. 

Be sure to purchase the correct cup club by location based on the recipient.
