Wholesale availability is currently open! Available to brick and mortar stores as well as online stores located in Canada & the US. The SarahBeePottery wholesale program exists to expand to new stockists who have the intent to sell SarahBeePottery products, and is not for personal use.
There is a 3-5 week turnaround on wholesale orders as in most cases the pieces will be made to order. Please note that this time frame is flexible and may increase or decrease based on order volume and holidays. I do not accept rush orders, ceramics take a great deal of patience and cannot be rushed. Orders ship following this 3-5 week period, SarahBeePottery cannot guarantee shipping times once the parcel has left the studio.
I do not offer custom pieces for wholesale, and only existing designs are available.
My wholesale pricing is the standard 50% of my retail price (MSRP).
Minimum & Maximum Order Value
The minimum wholesale order value is $200 CAD (before gst and shipping). The maximum order value is $600 (before gst and shipping). The maximum order value is in place to ensure your order can be produced within the time frame, without impacting my other stockists. If you need a larger order than this we can chat and work out a timeframe that is realistic for both of us! I recommend starting with a smaller order and making sure that SarahBeePottery is the right investment for you!
Payment, Processing and Shipping
Orders will begin processing immediately following payment. I will not start production until payment is received. I do not accept order cancellations, and payment is required in full at the time of your order. Once your payment has been processed these terms are binding.
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping. After your inquiry, if accepted I will create a custom listing for you to use for your order, shipping fees will automatically generate at the checkout based on your location and the contents of your order. Wholesale orders will ship through Canada Post.
Local? Skip the shipping fees and pickup locally at Re:Plenish or I can hand deliver right to your store!
Advertising and Crediting
Retailers are permitted to resell SarahBeePottery products in their own brick and mortar store and/or on their own independent website. Retailers are not permitted to resell SarahBeePottery products on Etsy, nor are they permitted to claim ownership or credit over the design or production. Retailers are permitted to utilize SarahBeePottery product photos on their listings and social media or create their own.
The Retailer understands that all or most of the ceramic pieces come stamped with my makers mark which reads "SarahBeePottery" which is permanent and cannot be removed.
The Retailer agrees to credit SarahBeePottery by name in online listings. Either in the title or listing description or listed as the vendor. No other advertising is required, but is always appreciated! SarahBeePottery can be tagged on Facebook & Instagram @sarahbeepottery
What will you get from me in return? I will list you as a stockist on my website, as well as repost any of your Instagram stories and posts that have @sarahbeepottery tagged. Let me know how we can work together on this if you have specific needs!
The retailer agrees that all orders are final sale, returns and cancellations will not be accepted.
The retailer agrees SarahBeePottery cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage in the future either in the retail location or after purchase by a customer, handmade pottery can be fragile in nature and should be handled with care. SarahBeePottery is happy to provide business cards that include the care instructions if requested.
The retailer agrees that damage occurring during the shipping process MUST be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by tracking. Please email detailed photos of the packaging and products at this time. Do not dispose of the packaging or products.
I will review your request and get in touch if the order will be accepted. Acceptance will be based on if I think we'll be a great fit & if I can accommodate your order!
